2.5 x 4.75 inches
Manilla tag, paper, vintage images, distress inks, artist's chalks, glitter, fibers, beads
I use a 5-6 step distressing process on most of my tags and a lot of my pieces.
I start by soaking plain manila tags in a coffee, vanilla, and cinnamon mixture.
(This also has the benefit of making them smell yummy.) And then I use sandpaper,
walnut distress inks, Ranger distress inks, and artist's chalks to finish the look.
Some of my tags I even take a step further by "rusting" the edges with distress
power or tearing them.<br><br>
My tags look beautiful tied to a package, tied to a bottle of wine as a hostess gift,
tucked inside a card or a book, tied to a box or bag of candy, hung on a door knob,
and even placed in a bowl together or with potpourri. These make great gifts!
